LEAF LANE STUDIO ORDERING PROCESS
I really want you to find the process of ordering your wedding stationery from Leaf Lane Studio as stress free as possible (and fun too!). Please have a read of everything on this page to help you along the way, and feel free to get in touch with me at any time should you have a question about any part of the process. You may also find it useful to read through the FAQ's too, as these may help to answer further questions that pop up as we go through this process together.
Before making any decisions on your stationery, I would highly recommend that you order a sample pack of the range you love. There is a small cost for a sample pack but it is such a useful thing to have, as it will allow you to not only see the high quality of the work involved and the card stock used (including the two textures I offer), but having a physical sample in front of you will help you match other items to your colour scheme too. To order your sample pack/s simply visit the 'Order Samples' tab at the top of the website, or add your chosen pack to your basket as you are looking through each design!
CHOSEN A RANGE YOU LOVE? HERE'S HOW TO ORDER...
1. To start the process of ordering your stationery, simply send me an email to email@example.com. I will need you to include the following information: the date of your wedding and which range you have chosen (see FAQ's for more information about getting the quantities right).
2. Once I have received your initial email and information, I will send you back an order form, followed by a full order summary (once your form is returned) and an invoice for 50% of the total amount due. Please be aware that this amount acts as a non-refundable deposit for your stationery. To read my full Terms and Conditions please click here.
3. As soon as your deposit has been received, we can start working together on the wording and all the lovely details you would like included on your stationery, and I can start work on putting together the beautiful suite you have chosen.
JUST A THOUGHT...
I totally understand how overwhelming wedding budgets can be so, to make your life easier, we can split up the ordering into several, separate orders. We would start by listing everything you will need for the whole event and then I will only invoice you for each piece of work we are currently doing. Having a full list of what you will want overall, will help me be aware of what is coming up and stay in touch with you throughout the process. If this is something you are interested in talking to me about, just mention it in your initial email!
4. Once I have put your details into the designs, I will email you digital proofs of all the stationery you have ordered (this is where you come in!). You will need to check over the proofs (grab a second set of eyes) and let me know if there are any amendments that I need to make. Once you have signed off the proofs (I will need you to return a signed form to me, which you can sign and scan or photograph and email back) and are totally happy with the stationery, I will send you the final invoice for the remaining 50% of the total*. The designs will then be sent off to print and you can look forward to receiving a gorgeous parcel through the post from me!
*Please be aware that no stationery will be printed until the invoice has been paid in full. For more information on what to look out for when you receive your proofs, please read the FAQ's.
DELIVERY COSTS FOR WEDDING STATIONERY
For all U.K Mainland deliveries there are two charges: £8.00 for small-medium parcels and £12.00 for large parcels (including A1/A2 seating plans). Each parcel will be carefully wrapped and packaged by me, before winging its way to your delivery address. All parcels will require a signature upon receipt.
International delivery is available and prices will be given on an individual basis, depending on location and size of delivery. Please just contact me for details.
Ready to order?
